I Bought this machine to use on my ranch. Just cut a 3/8" hardened steel shredder blade. Didn't think I could do it in a single pass, but it cut it like butter. Had to pierce it to cut bolt holes & had no problems. The dual voltage plug is the main reason I bought this model, & I couldn't be more pleased. I use a Harbor Freight inline disposable drier cartridge. For about $6 & lasts at least an hour of cutting. I also use 1/4" MDF for making templates.
